Lake Wales, Florida – On September 14, 2016 Lake Wales Police Officers were called to 2000 Hwy 60 E, Wal-Mart regarding a Petit Theft. Upon arrival, officers were made contact with Wal-Mart Loss Prevention who advised an employee, Heather Holcomb, DOB: 9/15/1989, was allegedly observed removing money from a store register and concealing it on her person. After conducting an investigation it is alleged that Holcomb took possession of $200.00 in US currency. Holcomb was arrested and later transported to the county jail without incident.
